First, we contact your creditors, provide them with your written authority to represent you, and notify them of your participation in our debt renegotiation program. They will then be instructed to contact our company regarding debt renegotiation offers on your account.

Next, renegotiations are negotiated and agreed upon with your creditors on your behalf. Although debt renegotiation can be as low as 15%, the overall national average is approximately 40% of the original credit card or unsecured debt amount.

Then you will be asked to make affordable, monthly deposits into your own bank account, to save the money to pay the renegotiations, and our fee. Settlements are typically paid out in a one lump sum payment once the total renegotiation amount has been accumulated.

Our very affordable fee is deducted from your bank account electronically. The savings portion stays in your account until the renegotiations are ready to be paid. How long it takes to accumulate the funds for the pay-off depends primarily upon how much debt you have, and for what percentage your creditors are willing to settle. Their job is to negotiate renegotiations on accounts, and to collect at least the amount they would receive if they sold the debt to a collection company. Long term collection can be extremely costly and time consuming.
